GYSHT – Terms of Service

1. Who we are
GYSHT provides brand design, business setup, compliance support, digital services, and production services such as embroidery digitising and laser work. We operate in South Africa and all services fall under South African law.
2. Using our website
You can browse the site freely. Do not misuse it. This includes attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the site, scraping or copying content, or pretending to be someone else. All site content belongs to GYSHT unless stated otherwise.
3. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless noted. Pricing may change based on project scope, extra requests, or subscription fees from third-party tools like Xero, SimplePay, Microsoft, or Afrihost. We will always let you know before any cost changes.
4. Deposits and payments
A 50 percent deposit is required before we begin project work. Subscription or monthly services are billed in advance. Work stops if payments fall behind.
5. Your responsibilities
To work effectively, you agree to provide accurate information, respond within reasonable timeframes, and supply any required documents, access, or approvals. Delays on your side extend timelines.
6. Our responsibilities
We deliver the work agreed in writing or in your approved proposal, communicate clearly, protect your confidential information, and notify you of delays or issues. We do not guarantee business growth, financial outcomes, or regulatory approvals outside our control.
7. Third-party services
Many services depend on third-party platforms such as Xero, SimplePay, Microsoft 365, Afrihost, Shopify, domain registrars, and payment gateways. You remain responsible for your own subscriptions unless we specify otherwise. We are not responsible for outages, system changes, or downtime caused by third parties.
8. Intellectual property
You own the final approved design assets once paid for. We own all working files and unused concepts. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. You may not resell or redistribute our work without permission.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time. Completed work and time spent until cancellation must still be paid. Subscription cancellations apply from the next billing cycle. We may cancel a project if you breach these terms or behave abusively. No refunds for misuse.
10. Refunds
Because our work is customised and time-based, no refunds are issued for deposits, completed work, paid time, or subscription months already used. If we made an error, we fix it at no cost.
11. Limits of liability
We are not liable for loss of income or business, errors caused by incorrect information you supplied, delays caused by third-party systems, or problems arising from regulatory or platform changes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

We collect only the information required to deliver your services and do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any significant updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
